Bought something during black Friday for 500 thought that I got good deal, one week later they doing the season sale and now it is 400. I asked for price adjustment because same item same size, they just said they can't do anything. But I can return item and buy again. What a bad options. I am not going to do return and wait 2 week for my money and buy again to save 100 dollar. Make me feel stupid to shop here, less than a week price drop 100 and I have to suck it up.

I love Farfetch! They have all my favourite brands. Customer service is excellent. I have only returned goods once and it was so easy. During these difficult times it is so nice to still be able to buy what you love - without having to travel. Postage is very fast. I like it when the original packaging is included and sometimes a postcard as well. The loyalty system is also fantastic. I just received my parcel today and have already had compliments about my new jacket :) C. R.

Item shipped very quickly. Arrived in 2 days. Although I wouldn’t mind cheaper shipping options, even if it means the item will take longer to arrive. Overall great experience.

Placed my order 28 april. 29 april I recived my packed. From Italy to Denmark. The shoes was packed perfectly and they also gave a Gucci toté :) Thank you, I am very pleased.


My 15year old son saved for months for a £200 palm angels t-shirt. 2 washes and the transfer is coming off all over it. Complained, sent pictures which clearly show its faulty, the black nose of the bear as well as other parts of the transfer were speckled all through the t-shirt when it came out of the wash! They offered me £20 as they say they can't know how it was washed! I'm not an idiot I know how to read! Trying to Squirm out of providing a refund for an obviously overpriced poor quality t-shirt. Dreadful customer service! Total rip off!

I bought this maap jersey Mar 30 2021. And i used it for the first time at april 13, and got a badluck i have serious accident that made my shoulder dislocated and this jersey have a big tears! I try to ask any replacement from maap policy? And farfetch doesn't have responsibility to make a replacement! That really not professional in my opinion! Because i saw a policy from maap that they can do new replacement if jersey have a damage from accident with giving 40% off for new replacement, Never2 want to buy from this company again. And jersey that i received was not the same with jersey in website! I just not have a time to send it back so i keep it! Poor Customer service!

I recently purchased 2 belts from FarFetch value £170. First delivery never delivered and spent 4 weeks until they reimbursed my account. Bought the same 2 belts and when they arrived one belt was incorrect item and the other was too big. I was advised to return the items, packaged them up as required and gave to courier company. I'm now being told that they cannot find the items and they won't be refunding my £170. I will never use this company again and will warn all of my network never to use this company again. Shabby and disgraceful customer service. I am trying to speak to senior manager to register complaint and will be speaking to them about my consumer rights.....This issue has now been resolved and I have now finally received a full refund from FarFetch!!!!

I purchased a pair of Casablanca sweatpants from Farfetch and I was beside myself with satisfaction! The price I paid was incredible, the item arrived within 2 days of order confirmation and it was packaged exquisitely! I cannot wait to shop again with Farfetch!

About the products, I don't have a point. I ordered on the 22nd of February. Now on the 9nd of March, I haven't received the package yet. I am very disappointed not because of that.When I tried to contact them, they replied to me with excuses only and they didn't take any responsibility as a company. I was waiting for a gift for my girlfriend's birthday and in the end it won't come on time.They talked about understanding the situation. Their understanding; Find another less-risking site!

UPDATE- AFTER MONTHS THEY FINALLY AGREED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY ONLY FOR THEM TO LOSE THE PARCEL AND CLAIM I DIDN'T RETURN IT. WHAT A JOKE. ABSOLUTE THEIFS AND COWBOY COMPANY.
Firstlt they sold me damaged goods then refused to refund me. So now I'm stuck with a £400 pair of trainers that will never be worn. In all honesty I'm not even sure if they are genuine. I have then to provide me with the details of the company they used but they refuse to give me any info. SHOCKING DISGRACEFUL treatment of a customer.
